Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Fernwood Stone Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Madison, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
