Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Kestrel Financial Group serves customers across Madison with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 96 people based in Madison. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
