Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Fernwood Drift Civic Services supports public agencies in Madison with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
