Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 57 people based in Madison. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
