Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Quarry Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Madison, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
