Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Birch Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Madison, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
