Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Clearpath Nest Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Madison, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 103 people based in Madison. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
