Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Lumen North Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Madison and nearby communities. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
