Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pine Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
