Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Summit Vale Financial Group serves customers across Madison with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 358 people based in Madison. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
