Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Cedar Junction Insurance is an insurance company in Madison with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
