Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

Harborlight Lakeside Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
