Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Cedar Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
