Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood Oak Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Louisville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
