Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

Bright Cross Inspection Services is an inspection company in Louisville with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Certification in compliance or audit.
