Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

Nova Junction Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Louisville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
