Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Thistle Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 273 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
