Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

Lumen Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Louisville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 586 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
