Summit Mill Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
