Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Redstone Lantern Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
