Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

Greenridge Amber Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Louisville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
