Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Rowan Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Louisville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 639 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
