Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

Clearpath Keystone Environmental Services Partners is an environmental-services company in Louisville with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
