Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
