Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Fox Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
