Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Meridian Energy is an energy provider in Louisville focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
