Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Haven Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 388 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
