Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Basin Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
