Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Little Rock, AR)

Redstone Bridge Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Little Rock, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
