Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance Group is an insurance company in Little Rock with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
