Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Mill Foods Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
