Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
