Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Las Vegas, NV)

Summit Lakeside Health Partners is a healthcare provider in Las Vegas with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
