Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Haven Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Las Vegas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
