Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Las Vegas, NV)

Foxglove Summit Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Las Vegas region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
