Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Las Vegas, NV)

Nova Willow Insurance is an insurance company in Las Vegas with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
