Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Las Vegas, NV)

Bluepeak Sparrow Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Las Vegas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
