Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Las Vegas, NV)

Bright Loom Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Las Vegas. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
