Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Knoxville, TN)

Nova Vista Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
