Fernwood Amber Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 377 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with change orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
