Harborlight Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
