Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Knoxville, TN)

Summit River Insurance is an insurance company in Knoxville with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
