Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Meridian Inspection Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client sites.
