Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Quill Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
