Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Kansas City, MO)

Summit Meridian Inspection Services is an inspection company in Kansas City with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
