Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Kansas City, MO)

Bright Cedar Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Kansas City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
