Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Kansas City, MO)

Highbridge Sparrow Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Kansas City plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
