Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Corner Construction is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
