Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Kansas City, MO)

Stonegate Bridge Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Kansas City focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
