Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Kansas City, MO)

Silverline Orchard Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Kansas City working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
